With personal experience ranging from help desk experience at a Fortune 500 company, to social media management with a family owned retail chain, to fending off hackers from the website of an international non-profit, to designing websites for local candy store and horse stable I bring a wealth of expertise to the table that I look forward to putting to work for you.
Needing a job as I was getting married, I started as a cashier at my local farm and ranch supply store. Fixing computers, credit card machines, and anything else that had a cord as the need arose, I soon rebuilt every computer in store. Now the on-site technical contact for over 15 vendors handling everything from credit card processing, IT Resource Management, Printer repair and more across three stores, I also manage their website and social media accounts, assisting with online customer service and marketing.
I was also hired on a temporary basis by Amazon.com to assist customers with phone support for the Kindle device, content, and content delivery issues. The highlight of my time was sending replacement Kindles to our armed forces serving overseas, and getting calls from Bogata Columbia, Bangkok Thailand, South Africa, Israel and Saudi Arabia among other places.
With a passion for technology, a desire to help people communicate their passions, skill in understanding the complexities of keeping modern day technology running, a thirst for travel, Daniel C Berman Communications was born.
