Who Are We?
Daniel Berman, has an extensive background with technology in business and daily life as one of the earliest “Digital Natives.” With personal experience ranging from customer help desk experience at a Fortune 500 company, to social media management with a family owned retail chain, to fending off website hackers of an international non-profit, to designing websites for a local candy store and horse stable he has developed a wealth of expertise in many aspects of the 21st century business and non-profit technology world.
What Do We Do?
We offer a comprehensive suite of managed WordPress website maintenance, Local SEO, and website security services. We have also been known to design a WordPress website or two. We enjoy the challenge of offering high-quality, custom services to small businesses, entrepreneurs, and non-profit organizations, both domestic and international.
Where Does It Happen?
In short, we live in Pasco, WA, one of the cities that make up the Tri-Cities, WA community. The long story is that we have lived and grown up in the Tri-Cities for most of our lives and find the unique blend of Ranching, Agriculture and Technology Research & Development to be stimulating. We highly recommend the Benton-Franklin Fair, Pasco Farmer’s Market and IT Day to experience the breadth and color of Tri-Cities culture.
This central location also makes us very convenient to clients in a number of nearby cities and communities in the Mid-Columbia Basin, including: Benton City, Burbank, Eltopia, Kennewick, Mesa, Pasco, Plymouth, Richland, Wallula, and West Richland.

We find it hard to turn our brains off from thinking about ways to help our clients maintain their web presence more efficiently. With great opportunity comes great danger though, and we have also seen parts of the seedy underbelly of the Internet we find ourselves equally passionate to protect our clients from that and help them maintain their reputations.
